1. Mr. Bardakjy oversees the strategic, operational and financial performance of the firm’s portfolio companies and is responsible for investment validation, investment diligence, transitions, portfolio oversight and investment strategy. He is a member of the firm's Board of Managers and chairs the Portfolio Oversight Committee.
2. Over fifteen years of operations, M&A, business development, legal and general management experience.
3. Held several management positions focused on operations, general management, risk management and employment law.
4. Earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of The Florida Bar.
