1. Mr. Cummings is responsible for investment diligence, transitions, general management of portfolio companies and all technology activities of the firm and its portfolio companies. He is a member of the firm’s Portfolio Oversight Committee.
2. Over twenty years of information technology, technology development and services, operations and general management experience.
3. Held technology and operational management positions with International Imaging Materials, IKON Office Solutions and VITEC Solutions.
4. Earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
5. Served twelve years in the United States Marine Corps.
