Founder & Managing Partner

David F. Alfonso

Alfonso is a self-made American entrepreneur, investor and operator, and producer.  For over twenty years, Alfonso’s career has been focused on private equity investing in complex situations. The key investment strategy is acquiring attractively valued and under managed non-core business units from global corporations that can benefit from a hands-on operational approach. Through that time, Alfonso has successfully completed over 50 global transactions, employing his specialized approach to detailed diligence required in acquiring corporate divestitures, while insisting on a hands-on operational approach to unlocking and growing value post-close. Alfonso has deployed over $500 million of assets under management and over $2 billion in overall enterprise value.  Alfonso has been responsible for a diversified group of global companies, generating aggregate revenues of over $5 billion annually, with over 15,000 associates throughout the world. Alfonso’s experience includes significant international exposure to dealings in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
