Chief Legal Officer

1. Mr. Greif is responsible for investment diligence, investment execution, transitions and all legal affairs of the firm and its portfolio companies. He is a member of the firm's Board of Managers and Portfolio Oversight Committee.
2. Over 30 years of legal, M&A, operations and executive management experience.
3. Held management positions with Baskin & Sears, Jordan Melrose & Schutte, Finley Kumble & Wagner, Tew Jordan & Schutte and Arise Virtual Solutions.
4. Earned a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.
