1. Mr. Greif has over thirty years of legal, mergers and acquisitions and operational experience. He is a member of the firm's Oversight Committee.
2. Held executive positions with Baskin & Sears, Jordan Melrose & Schutte, Finley Kumble & Wagner, Tew Jordan & Schutte and Arise Virtual Solutions.
3. Earned a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.
