1. Mr. Mahoney joined the firm in 2011 and is a member of the Investment Committee and Oversight Committee.
2. Mr. Mahoney has over thirty years of mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, business operations and general management experience.
3. Held executive positions with Lanier Worldwide, Platinum Equity, Medquist, WebMD and Allscripts.
4. Earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
