1. Mr. Miller is responsible for leading business development and the investment activities for the firm which includes: research, origination, valuation, structuring, due diligence, execution and strategy.
2. Over 15 years of investment banking, business development, M&A and operational experience. Has significant deal execution experience, having participated in more than 40 transactions both domestically and internationally.
3. Held management positions with The Marshall Fund, Communications Equity Associates, TUFF TV, CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co.
4. Earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
