Vitec Solutions Completes Move into Five New Facilities
Amherst, New York, August 26, 2005 (Business Wire) - VITEC Solutions today announces the completion of five moves into new facilities throughout the Northeast, including its new corporate headquarters in the city of Amherst and its new main distribution center and field office in the city of Syracuse.

The company's new corporate headquarters is located at 455 Commerce Drive, Suite 3, Amherst, New York 14228 and its new main distribution center and field office is located at 6514 Basile Rowe, Syracuse, New York, 13212. In addition, VITEC moved into new facilities located in Rochester, Albany, and New York City, New York, and has a virtual network of field engineers throughout the Northeast. "We look forward to establishing VITEC as a well respected and involved member of our business communities," stated Dolan.
"In a ninety-day period, we identified five optimal locations for our new facilities, entered into long-term leases for over 25,000 total square feet, built out each location to specific floor plans, and prepared each location for the necessary connectivity for our redesigned VoIP network and our enterprise system applications," stated Gene Bardakjy, vice president, portfolio operations for Empire Investment Holdings, VITEC's parent company.
