Mr. Ramirez is responsible for the day-to-day business development activities of the firm which includes the origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities. In addition, Mr. Ramirez provides transactional support during the investment process.
Over four years of business development, mergers and aquisitions and administrative experience having participated in the evaluation of numerous corporate divestitures.
Bachelor's degree in finance from Florida International University.
